1.豆角洗净择段备用。

2.肉洗净切丝,咸菜切小段备用。

3.热油锅,下肉丝煸炒,炒至肉变色,加料酒炒下。

4.然后把咸菜放进去一起煸炒一会。

5.倒入洗好的豆角一起煸炒片刻,加生抽调料。

6.加入一点水加盖焖下(怕豆角不熟可以加盖焖下),然后加盐。

7.放鸡精出锅即可。
